David is passionate about creating opportunities for excellent customer and user experiences. In his role as Director of Customer Experience, he deploys that passion to foster a supportive and proactive user experience that helps Smart Harbor clients innovate their digital experience efficiently. He has a deep understanding of monitoring client sentiment and ensuring organizational buy-in on putting clients at the center of our decision making. He also has an extensive background in various client relationship-management roles across different industries prior to joining Smart Harbor, including retail, e-commerce, health care and non-profit.
