He will further develop the company’s reputation as a provider of digital solutions for independent agents, helping them to offer their customers excellent online and mobile experiences. Ed has been a leader in professional management for more than 15 years, overseeing teams that range in size from 10 to more than 1,000 people, and has been responsible for sales, customer support, and marketing functions. He has worked for service, software, and distribution companies focusing on driving value and effectiveness throughout each stage of the customer lifecycle.
